If you haven’t started the checkout process or haven't submitted the order successfully, your order hasn’t been placed so there’s no need to cancel it. 

If you have recently placed your order and you wish to cancel or need to make a change, you may navigate to "Orders" by clicking on your name on tempurpedic.com within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order is still able to be canceled, you will see a "cancel" option there. You may click on the word "cancel" to cancel your order. If you do not see this button to cancel or are outside of this 2-hour window, your order is not able to be canceled or edited as the time window to do so is no longer available.  We cannot cancel UPS orders after the 2-hour cancellation window. 

Please note that any offers applied to an order that has already been canceled will not apply to new orders once the offer expires.

We understand your first choice may not be the perfect fit for you. That is why we have a 90-night trial for our mattresses and TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® Smart Bed sleep system! If you find that your mattress choice is not meeting your preferences, you may return during the 90-night trial with our simplified return process so you don't need to call in. If you'd like to return your mattress within the 90-night trial, all you need to do is fill out our return form linked below and a representative will be in touch soon to discuss further details.

If you'd like to exchange your Tempur-Pedic® mattress for a different feel or different model within the 90-Night Trial, all you need to do is fill out our exchange form linked below and a representative will be in touch soon to discuss further details. The TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® Smart Bed sleep system is included in the 90-Night Trial.

If you purchased directly through us (online, by phone, or in a Tempur-Pedic® Flagship store location) you may return your mattress or your TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® Smart Bed Sleep System within the 90-night trial period. The 90-night trial period does not apply toward closeout/final sale mattresses or other products. 

Pillows, power bases, flat foundations, bedding, accessories, etc. are non-returnable items per our return policy here.
