Provide an image of your purchase receipt. If you purchased from a retailer, you can get this from them. If you purchased online, you can log in to your account to find your confirmation.
Attach a photo showing your mattress or entire product without bedding in bright and clear lighting.
To help us measure the defective area, place a broom/yardstick and an upright quarter in the lowest point of the dip/indentation. Although there may be times when the dip/indentation is not visible. This photo allows us to assess the damage.
Provide a clear image of your foundation, bed frame, or power base
This is the law tag that can be found on the head or foot of the bed, usually along the seam. Providing this information can help expedite the warranty review process.
Note: If you purchased at an authorized retail store location, please reach out to the store location you purchased from as their policies may differ from ours. Pillows, toppers, and any item that is not a mattress are non-returnable.
