Required Photos
Mattress
Provide a clear photo of the entire mattress with all bedding, pillows, protectors, and accessories removed.
Product Law Tag

Support System
Provide a clear photo of the support system, foundation, or base with the mattress removed.

Sagging or Body Impressions
Use a straightedge across the affected area and place a ruler or quarter at the deepest point.
Requirements:
- Both ends of the straightedge must rest on the mattress surface
- No weight should be applied to the mattress
- All bedding and protectors must be removed
Shifting, Splitting, or Cracking Foam
- Provide clear photos of the affected area
- For shifting, include a photo of the full side of the mattress
- If applicable, unzip the cover to better show the issue
- For splits or cracks, provide close-up photos
