In select cases, an in-person mattress inspection may be approved to support a warranty claim. This service is offered on a case-by-case basis and may not be available in all areas.
Please note that a $150 fee may apply to cover inspection costs. This fee is non-refundable unless your warranty claim is approved.
The inspector will take the required photos but will not sit, lie on, or otherwise make direct contact with the mattress due to health and safety guidelines.
