If approved for a warranty replacement, your defective mattress must be surrendered and removed upon delivery of the replacement.
If you’ve been approved for a warranty replacement, your old/defective mattress must be picked up/removed from your home upon delivery of your replacement. You may not keep or donate your defective mattress as we require it to be surrendered at time of delivery.
