When will my order ship?

Mattresses, Bases, and Foundations

For mattresses, bases, and foundations that ship with our White Glove Delivery, it typically takes a few business days to process the order and ship. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. White glove delivery items, such as mattresses, bases, and foundations first ship from our facilities to a local delivery hub nearest to you. Once the items reach the closest delivery hub, our delivery partners will be in touch to schedule a delivery date. The full delivery process typically takes 7-10 business days. 

For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address. The shipping timeframe is estimated at 4-6 weeks and may vary, based on delivery address. Our delivery team will work with you to schedule a delivery time frame as quickly as possible.

TEMPUR-Cloud and UPS Items

Pillows, toppers, accessories, and the TEMPUR-Cloud Compressed mattress ship via UPS. It can take a few business days for the order to process. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Once your order ships, UPS items typically arrive within 5-7 business days. 

For remote locations and Alaska/Hawaii, we currently offer standard shipping for all comfort items for $25 per order. Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for $40 per order or UPS Next Day Air for $55 per order

Have you not yet received your order?

First, please check your order status by logging into your Tempur-Pedic account online here. If you have not yet received your order and you are outside the 5-7 business day timeframe for UPS items or the 7-10 business day timeframe for White Glove Delivery items, please let us know by filling out a request at the link below. If you are still within the expected timeframe, please allow time for delivery.
