Delivery to Freight Forwarders, Storage Facilities, and Moving Companies

Please Note: While we can often deliver to freight forwarders, storage facilities, moving companies, and other third-party receiving locations, these deliveries may require additional coordination and carry a higher risk of scheduling delays or rescheduled delivery attempts. Providing accurate contact information and understanding of the facility's receiving requirements can help ensure a successful delivery. Once a shipment has been accepted and signed for at a third-party receiving location, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while the order is in the possession of that third party.

Can I have my order delivered to a freight forwarder, storage facility, or moving company?

Yes. We can deliver to many third-party receiving locations. However, these deliveries often require additional coordination and may present challenges that are not typically encountered with residential deliveries.

Why am I being asked for additional information?

Third-party receiving locations often have their own receiving procedures, business hours, contact requirements, and delivery restrictions. Providing complete and accurate information upfront helps avoid delays and ensures we coordinate with the correct party.

Who should be listed as the delivery contact?

The delivery contact should be the person or business responsible for coordinating and accepting the delivery. If the receiving facility will schedule and receive the order, please provide the facility's primary contact name, phone number, and email address.

When will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are scheduled based on carrier routes and may occur anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date.

Can you guarantee delivery during the facility’s business hours?

No. Because delivery routes are planned daily and include multiple stops, we cannot guarantee arrival during a facility's operating hours or within a specific receiving window.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Arrival times are determined by the route schedule and can vary throughout the day.

What happens if the facility is closed or unable to receive my delivery?

If the receiving location is closed, unavailable, or unable to accept the shipment when the delivery team arrives, the delivery may need to be rescheduled for a future date.

Will a failed delivery attempt cause delays?

It may. Rescheduling a delivery can extend the overall delivery timeline and require additional coordination before another delivery attempt can be completed.

How can I help avoid delivery issues?

You can help improve the likelihood of a successful first delivery attempt by:

  • Providing accurate contact information for the receiving location.
  • Confirming the facility is expecting delivery.
  • Sharing any receiving requirements or restrictions before scheduling.
  • Ensuring the facility can accept deliveries during the day.
  • Understanding that delivery timing is route-based and cannot be guaranteed within a specific window.

Why is residential delivery recommended when possible?

Residential deliveries generally require less coordination and have fewer receiving restrictions. As a result, they are typically the simplest and most reliable option for a successful first-attempt delivery.
