Yes, Sleep Number beds are eligible for haul-away and removal during delivery. To ensure the delivery team can safely remove the mattress and base, customers must complete the following steps before the scheduled delivery:

Before the delivery team arrives, please ensure that:

• The Sleep Number mattress is fully deflated.
• All hoses and cables are detached and unplugged.
• The Sleep Number set is detached from any headboards, bed frames, or other furniture.

Important Information

Delivery teams can only remove the mattress and base. They are not able to disassemble, move, or remove furniture, including headboards, bed frames, or other attached bedroom furniture.

If these requirements are not completed prior to delivery, haul-away and removal services may not be possible.
