If I choose a cheaper model during my warranty, do I get a refund for the difference?

The credit can only be used to purchase a replacement mattress from the website and covers the full cost of a comparable mattress; leftover credit is not refundable.

No, the credit can only be used to purchase a replacement mattress from the website. If approved for a full replacement (non-prorated or closeout/floor model mattress), the credit amount will cover the total replacement cost of the most comparable mattress. If you choose to downgrade, the leftover credit amount is not redeemable for a refund or voucher.
