The delivery team can remove your existing mattress or move it to another location within your home. Please note that items in unsanitary or heavily soiled condition may be refused at the carrier’s discretion.
Haul-away services are limited to like-for-like (or fewer) items. For example:
- A mattress-only delivery includes removal of one existing mattress.
- A mattress and foundation delivery includes removal of an existing mattress and foundation/box spring.
- A mattress and adjustable base delivery includes removal of an existing mattress and adjustable base or foundation.
Furniture
The delivery team does not move, dispose of, or assemble existing furniture or any non–Tempur-Sealy products. This includes tasks such as attaching a headboard to a base. However, our home delivery carriers will install headboard brackets to a Tempur-Sealy base if provided at the time of delivery.
