- Products are shipped to a home delivery partner close to your address.
- The home delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date via email, text, or phone call.
- The day before the appointment, a 2 or 4 hour delivery window will be provided. Delivery windows are assigned based on the route required to fulfill the day's deliveries and are unable to be selected.
- The delivery team will contact the customer about 30 minutes before arrival on the delivery day.
