No, we do not ship orders via FedEx. The shipping carrier depends on the type of product being delivered.
Mattresses (excluding the TEMPUR‑Cloud® mattress), adjustable bases, and foundations are delivered through our White Glove Delivery service. This includes in‑home delivery, setup, and removal of your old mattress when applicable.
Smaller items such as pillows, sheets, bedding, and accessories are shipped via UPS ground.
In special cases, such as shipments to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, eligible items ship via USPS due to carrier restrictions.
