Mold is not considered a manufacturing defect, as it typically results from moisture exposure or environmental conditions rather than the mattress itself. For this reason, our warranty does not cover damage caused by liquids or moisture, including humidity, spills, cleaning products, or similar sources. Under normal use, mold should not develop when a mattress is kept in a dry, climate-controlled environment with adequate airflow.
