If your Premier Adjustable Base is not responding, will not move up or down, is out of sync, or is otherwise not operating correctly, performing a base reset may resolve the issue. The video below provides step-by-step instructions for completing the reset process.
- Press and hold the FLAT button.
- After 15 seconds, the LCD changes from FLAT to RST.
- Continue holding the FLAT button for 30-60 seconds as the bed moves forward and backward.
- The reset process is complete when no audible clicks or movement occurs for a minimum of 10 seconds.
After the reset is complete, you may need to reconnect your remote to the base. You can find instructions here.
