In order to automatically register sleep, the Tempur Sleeptracker-AI® companion app must be downloaded, and you must set up your system. If you are not receiving sleep reports, please refer to the troubleshooting section in the app by going to Menu > Help > Troubleshoot & Wi-Fi. If the troubleshooting section in the app does not help resolve the issue, please refer to the Menu > Help > Contact Support section in the app for a list of additional technical support options.
