If your Tempur-Pedic Sleeptracker-AI Monitor is failing to connect to your Wi-FI network, make sure your Wi-Fi router and Sleeptracker-AI Monitor are positioned close enough to maintain a strong signal. Walls and other devices operating on the 2.4GHz frequency can weaken the connection. If relocating the router closer to the bedroom isn't possible, consider using a mesh Wi-Fi system to improve coverage.
