If you are not seeing your air quality information, try power-cycling your Sleeptracker-AI® processor. To do so, either unplug the processor's USB power cable or, if your processor came pre-installed on a power base, then you can simply unplug the power to your base. Leave the power off for a minute and then plug it back in.
You should see the air quality information on your app the next day or sooner. If this does not help, then please try factory resetting your Sleeptracker-AI processor.
