The blue LED Backlight illuminates and appears to be operable, but will not activate the TEMPUR-Ergo Plus. What should I do

  • Verify that the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet. A grounded, electrical surge protection device is recommended. Test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance.
  • Verify that the control box is paired with the remote.
