The head and/or leg section will elevate on my TEMPUR-Ergo Plus but will not return to the horizontal position. What should I do?

• The TEMPUR-Ergo Plus may be obstructed. Elevate and check for an obstruction and remove it.
• The head section may be too close to the wall.
• The headboard may be too close to the edge of the mattress. Verify that a 1 1/2 inch to 2-inch distance is between the headboard brackets and the mattress. Adjust if required.
