What should I do if my Sleeptracker-AI app shows no devices connected and I want to update the firmware of my Smart Base?

If you don't see any connected devices, Bluetooth® may be off. Open the Sleeptracker-AI® app and click on the Settings of the pop-up requesting “Sleeptracker would like to use Bluetooth® for new connections." You can allow new connections in Settings and enable Bluetooth® to connect your phone to your base.
 
If you downloaded the Sleeptracker-AI® app before receiving your base and chose to complete setup later, please follow these steps to complete your setup. Scan the QR code on the tag with your phone; it's located on the base under the head section. Follow the prompts to complete setup. Then click on Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Firmware Update.
