What should I do if my Sleeptracker-AI app shows no devices connected and I want to update the firmware of my Smart Base?

If no connected devices appear, enable Bluetooth® by allowing Sleeptracker-AI® app permissions in Settings. To complete setup after downloading the app, scan the QR code on the base's tag, follow prompts, then update firmware via Menu My Smart Bed Firmware Update.

If you don't see any connected devices, Bluetooth® may be off. Open the Sleeptracker-AI® app and click on the Settings of the pop-up requesting “Sleeptracker would like to use Bluetooth® for new connections." You can allow new connections in Settings and enable Bluetooth® to connect your phone to your base.
 
If you downloaded the Sleeptracker-AI® app before receiving your base and chose to complete setup later, please follow these steps to complete your setup. Scan the QR code on the tag with your phone; it's located on the base under the head section. Follow the prompts to complete setup. Then click on Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Firmware Update.
