The Wind Down program under Relaxation Experience in the Sleeptracker-AI app isn't working. What's the problem?

Please update the firmware on your base via the Sleeptracker-AI® app by clicking on Menu -> My Smart Bed -> Firmware Update and following the steps to complete the installation.
