Our complimentary White Glove Delivery service comes with every mattress (except for the TEMPUR-Cloud®), adjustable base, and flat foundation purchased directly through Tempur-Pedic®, either online or by phone; this includes shipping, delivery, set up of your new bed, and removal of your old bed.
White Glove Delivery orders typically arrive 7 - 10 business days after the order is placed. Once your order reaches the local delivery carrier, they’ll call to set up a delivery time that’s convenient for you. Rest assured we'll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
The TEMPUR-Cloud® mattress is delivered to your door via UPS ground and does not qualify for White Glove Delivery. You cannot pay to upgrade to White Glove Delivery for these orders or any others that ship via UPS.

Prior to Delivery:
Take some time to complete the following steps before delivery:
- Clear all walking paths, including sidewalks and hallways
- Remove decorative items that could obstruct or hinder delivery
Day of Delivery:
On the day of delivery, secure children and pets in a safe and quiet area for the duration of the appointment. Ensure that an adult (18+) is home and ready to sign for & accept the delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete delivery if no adult is present.
If utilizing haul-away services, please make sure your mattress and/or base are free of all bedding and ready to be removed. Removal is on a 1-to-1 basis, meaning for every mattress and/ or base delivered, our team will remove a corresponding old mattress and/or base. Haul-away is not required, so if you’d like to keep your old products, simply let the delivery team know.
Inspect your new Tempur-Pedic® product(s) to ensure no damage occurred during the delivery process and sign off on the delivery.
After Delivery:

Please remember, if you’re used to a traditional mattress, your new Tempur-Pedic® mattress may take some getting used to. As you sleep on the mattress, it will respond to your body weight and temperature, conforming to your body, and feeling more “natural.” This “break-in” period lasts for a couple of weeks.
