How do I view orders on my account?

To view your order status, follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Open and click "Account"


Step 2 - Login to your Tempur-Pedic Account

Login to your Tempur-Pedic account with the email associated with your order or previous orders to see your order history and any updates. Once logged in, you can select "Your Orders" to view your order history and updates or you can select "Your Addresses" to see the addresses you have on file. 




Step 3 - Select "Your Orders" to view the statuses for each of your orders placed under your account.

Note: if you use multiple email addresses, you may have multiple accounts open. If you don't see an order, it might be found under a different email account. Retail purchases will not show on an online Tempur-Pedic account.
