To view your order status, follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Open Tempurpedic.com and click "Support"
Step 2 - Login to your Tempur-Pedic Account
Login to your Tempur-Pedic account with the email associated with your order or previous orders to see your order history and any updates. Once logged in, you can select "Your Orders" to view your order history and updates or you can select "Your Addresses" to see the addresses you have on file.
Step 3 - Select "Your Orders" to view the statuses for each of your orders placed under your account.

Please Note: If you use multiple email addresses, you may have more than one account. If you don’t see your order, try signing in with a different email address. Purchases made at retail locations and comfort items shipped via UPS from Tempur-Pedic® Flagship stores will not appear in your online account. For assistance, we recommend contacting the store of purchase directly.
