We recommend calling our Consumer Care team to edit your information at 800-821-6621. In some cases, we can change your delivery address, depending on where the shipment is in the process. There may be a fee to make the change. It’s important to know that the carrier cannot change the shipping address unless our Customer Care enters the request to edit the information.
