I've been approved for a warranty replacement. How do I place my order?

If you are approved for a warranty replacement, you should receive a promo code and instructions on placing your order online at 

Tips for placing your order:

  1. Be sure you are on when using your approval code
  2. Ensure that your information matches the info provided on your warranty claim
  3. Have a stable internet connection
  4. Type your code in exactly as it was provided to you
  5. Do not exit out of the web page until you reach a confirmation page confirming that your order has been successfully placed

Note: Approval codes are only valid for 60 days and can only be used once. Once you are outside of the 60-day window or if you've already used the code once, your code will no longer be valid.
