How do I enable or disable child lock on my Ergo or Ergo Smart Base (Prior Model)?

To Activate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold down the HEAD UP and the FOOT UP buttons together on the remote for approximately three (3) seconds. 

Step 2: The remote backlight will flash twice and your remote is now in child lock. Pressing any buttons on the remote while in Child Lock will yield no movement to your adjustable base.  

To Deactivate Child Lock: 

Step 1: Press and hold down the HEAD DOWN and the FOOT DOWN buttons together on your remote for approximately three (3) seconds. 

Step 2: Then hold the HEAD UP and FOOT UP buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds. 

Step 3: The remote backlight will flash twice and your remote is no longer in child lock mode. The remote and the adjustable base will work normally.
