My BOGO registration code isn't working. What can I do?

If you recently registered your mattress and received a BOGO code but are having trouble checking out, follow these steps: 

1. Ensure that you have 2 items (2 pillows or sheet sets) in your cart. Both items need to be in the cart in order for the code to activate. 

2. Try typing the code into the discount box in cart, rather than copying and pasting. 

3. Check your internet connection or browser. We find that Google Chrome works the best! 

4. If you're still experiencing issues with your code, feel free to chat and speak with a representative or call our Support Team at 1-800-821-6621.
