How do I enable or disable child lock on my Ease 2.0 adjustable base?

To Deactivate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the FOOT UP and FOOT DOWN buttons together for approximately six (6) seconds, or until the remote backlight flashes twice.

Step 2: When the backlight goes away the remote is no longer in Child Lock and the remote & adjustable base will work normally.  

Note: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to unlock your base successfully. 

To Activate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the HEAD UP and HEAD DOWN buttons together for approximately six (6) seconds, or until the remote backlight flashes twice.

Step 2: When the backlight goes away the base is in Child Lock and the remote & adjustable base will yield no movement. 

Note: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to successfully lock your base.
