Some instructions are time-sensitive, please read all instructions before attempting to pair.

Step 1: Ensure both bases are disconnected from the power source. Please ensure your remote has fresh batteries.

Step 3: Press and hold the FLAT and STOP buttons simultaneously on the first remote for 10-15 seconds. The current RF channel number will be shown on the screen at the top of the remote.

Step 4: Enter the first and second pre-selected buttons from Step 2, then press the FLAT button on the first remote to confirm the RF channel. The RF channel number will flash for 30 seconds.

Step 5: Within these 30 seconds, reconnect the first base to the power outlet. You will hear two “double-clicks.”

Step 6: To program the second remote, please repeat Steps 3, 4, and 5.

Step 7: Perform a system reset: Press and hold the FLAT button. After 15 seconds, the screen will change from “FLAT” to “RST.” Do not release the FLAT button.

Step 8: Continue holding the FLAT button for an additional 30-60 seconds as the bed moves forward and backward. The reset process is complete when no audible clicks or movement occur for a minimum of 10 seconds.
