What do I do if the bases for my Split Head Sleep System becomes un-synced?

Step 1: Unplug the bases from the power outlet. Wait 1 minute, then plug them back into the power outlet.
 

Step 2: Press and hold the SYNC button on the back of both remotes simultaneously. The SYNC buttons will illuminate and begin flashing. When the flashing stops, release the buttons. The soundbars on both bases will provide a verbal cue saying “Connected.” The bases are now synced.
 

Step 3: Activate Split Head Mode by pressing and holding the ONE-TOUCH FLAT and HEAD MASSAGE buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds, until the remote backlight flashes.
