What if my speaker does not show up in the Bluetooth® list of devices?

The Bluetooth® ID for the speaker is only visible for 30 seconds each time the remote control is used to select "sound mode". If you are pairing a new smart device, please have your smart device Bluetooth® settings open and watch for the speaker Bluetooth® ID to show up in the list of available Bluetooth® devices to select and pair with the speaker.
 

If your speaker does not show up in the Bluetooth® list of devices for selection after powering up, then follow these instructions: Press and hold the Massage / SoundScape™ Mode Control button on the remote for 3 seconds to enter SoundScape™ mode. LED 1-2-3 will flash. Within 30 seconds of entering SoundScape™ mode, locate the Bluetooth® settings on the smart device and select the Bluetooth® ID that begins with “ProSmart® xxxxxxx”.
