If you are having difficulties with unwanted Bluetooth® connections, try keeping a device connected to the speaker, as this will prevent additional Bluetooth® connections. If you are hearing sound through the speaker from an unknown source, try disabling Bluetooth® on any smart device that has previously been connected to the speaker. If you have disabled Bluetooth® on all smart devices and are still hearing sound through the speaker from an unknown source, please contact Customer Service for additional troubleshooting.
