How do I register my Tempur-Pedic Split Head sleep system?

Scan the QR code located on the back of your hang tag, attached to the zipper pull of the mattress cover, or visit: register.tempurpedic.com. 

You will be prompted to register your TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze mattress and TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart/Smart Base separately. 

Note: You will be asked to take a picture of your purchase receipt and law tags (located on the mattress and base).
