To register your mattress and base separately, scan the QR code on the mattress cover's law tag or visit https://register.tempurpedic.com/. Select the product type, fill out your details, enter the serial number (11-digit for mattresses, 24-digit for bases), and upload a photo of your receipt and law tag.
Please note that the mattress and base will need to be registered separately.
Scan the QR code located on the back of your law tag, attached to the zipper pull of the mattress cover. This QR code will take you directly to our Product Registration page.
Registration Instructions:
- Visit our Product Registration page at https://register.tempurpedic.com/
- To register your mattress, click on the image of the mattress to select the product type that you will be registering. To register your bed base, click on the image of the bed base to select the product type that you will be registering.
- Fill out the "About You" and "Product Details" sections.
- For mattresses, the 11-digit serial number is located on the label tag under the head of the mattress on the left or right side. For bed bases, the 24-digit serial number is located on the bed base label under the head of the bed base on the left or right side.
- Upload a photo of your receipt and mattress/bed base law tag.
