The Wireless Remote Control LED Signature Light illuminates and appears to be operable but will not activate the TEMPUR-Ergo Premier™. What should I do?

  • Verify that the power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical outlet. A grounded, electrical surge protection device is recommended. Test the outlet by plugging in another working appliance.
  • Verify that the power cord is plugged into the power supply.
