Here are a few tips if your topper is having trouble expanding to its full size:
1. Wait Longer: Typically, our toppers will fully expand within 48 hours of opening them up (though you can sleep on your topper immediately), but in some instances, it can take up to 72 hours for your topper to expand.
2. Turn up the Temperature: Our TEMPUR-Material™ responds to the temperature of the room your product is in. To help your topper expand, we recommend turning up the heat. The ideal temperature for your topper to expand is 72° F.
3. Massage the Topper: Rolling around on the topper or gently massaging it with your hands can help expand the topper by activating the TEMPUR-Material™. You can also shake the topper gently to help further activate the material.
4. Check for Obstructions: Make sure your topper has enough space to expand. Any items in the way could impede the topper from expanding properly.
