How do I enable or disable child lock on my Ease 3.0 adjustable base?

Note: If you have received a replacement remote for your Ease 3.0 base, please visit this link for the Child Lock instructions.

To Deactivate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the HEAD DOWN and FOOT DOWN buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds.

Step 2: Then hold HEAD UP and FOOT UP for approximately three (3) seconds, or until the remote backlight flashes twice.

Step 2: When the backlight goes away the remote is no longer in Child Lock and the remote & adjustable base will work normally.

 

Note: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to unlock your base successfully. 

 

 

To Activate Child Lock:

Step 1: Press and hold the HEAD UP and FOOT DOWN buttons together for approximately three (3) seconds, or until the remote backlight flashes twice.

Step 2: When the backlight goes away the base is in Child Lock and the remote & adjustable base will yield no movement. 

 

Step 3: You may need to repeat these instructions several times to successfully lock your base.
