How do I reset the remote to my Ergo Premier adjustable base?

Note: Some instructions are time-sensitive, please read the following instructions before attempting to reset. 

Step 1: Please ensure your remote has fresh batteries.

Step 2: Unplug the base from the power source for approximately 60 seconds. Plug the base back into a power source.                

Step 3: Press and hold the FLAT button on your remote. The screen on your remote will flash the word "FLAT." After 15 seconds, the screen will change from flashing "FLAT" to "RST."

Step 3: Continue holding the FLAT button for an additional 30-60 seconds as the bed moves forward and backward. If the base is in a raised position, it will lower during this process. The reset process is complete when no audible clicks or movement occurs for a minimum of 10 seconds.

Step 4: Check for normal remote function.
