Open the Sleeptracker-AI® app and click on the Settings of the pop-up requesting “Sleeptracker would like to use Bluetooth® for new connections." You can allow new connections in Settings. Turn Bluetooth® on. Then follow the firmware update steps by clicking on Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Firmware Update.
