If you lose Bluetooth® connection during an update, please complete the following:
1. Close the Sleeptracker-AI® app.
2. Verify the base is powered on and resync your physical remote control to your base.
3. Reopen the Sleeptracker-AI® app and click on the Settings of the pop-up requesting “Sleeptracker would like to use Bluetooth® for new connections."
4. You can allow new connections in Settings.
5. Turn Bluetooth® on.
6. Then follow the firmware update steps by clicking on Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Firmware Update.
