I connected my device to the TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart speaker but can’t hear anything. What's the problem?

It's possible your connecting device or the media it's using for playback are at low volume or muted. Please be sure to double-check your settings. Also, confirm you're still connected to the TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® speaker via Bluetooth®. If not, try reconnecting. Confirm the adjustable base is plugged into a power source and the power supply and control box LEDs are illuminated.
