I’ve connected my device to the TEMPUR-Ergo ProSmart speaker but can’t feel anything through the massage transducers. What's the problem?

If you're not experiencing any sensation during playback, then it's possible your TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart® is in Massage Mode. Confirm your base is in Soundscape™ Mode by using the remote mode control button. Also note that some music/media has low-level bass output during all or certain portions of the playback that could be affecting your experience. Intensity of the transducers can also be adjusted by using the appropriate remote control buttons. If issues persist, please contact customer service.
