How can I disconnect an unknown Bluetooth® device from my TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® ProSmart® Air Base?

Unplugging the power base from the wall outlet will terminate any Bluetooth® connections to the speaker. When the power base is plugged back into the wall outlet, any smart device that is still nearby and has previously connected to the speaker will attempt to reconnect if Bluetooth® is enabled on the smart device. If you've connected multiple smart devices to the speaker, please check all smart devices and disable Bluetooth® on all smart devices except the one you are presently trying to use. If you've disabled Bluetooth® on all smart devices and are still hearing sound through the speaker from an unknown source, please contact Customer Service for additional troubleshooting.
