Can you lock the Bluetooth feature of the TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze ProSmart Air Base so that it is NOT accessible?

No – the speaker is always discoverable when it's powered on. The speaker is not discoverable by other devices when it is connected. This is a way to lock the speaker without passcodes and other Bluetooth® security features.
