Can I set up my TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze ProSmart Air Base split king bases to move together (sync) but my fans to operate independently on each side of the bed?

Yes, you can activate Split Fan Mode. Use Split Fan Mode to operate the fans on a split system independently of each other. Ensure both bases are already synced together using the Sync buttons on the back of the remote controls under the battery cover.

Using the Left Side remote control, press and hold the Left Warming Button and the Sync Cooling Button for 6 seconds. The remote backlight will blink twice, indicating the bases are now in Split Fan Mode.
