Press and hold the Sync button on the back of both remotes (under the battery cover) simultaneously. The Sync buttons will illuminate and start to flash. When these stop flashing, release the buttons. When the speakers from both bases provide the verbal cue "connected," the bases are now synced.
Using the Left Side remote control, press and hold the Left Warming Button and the Sync Cooling Button for 6 seconds. The remote backlight will blink twice indicating the bases are now in Split Fan Mode.
