Does the active heating or cooling change the feel of the TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze?

Operating TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze® in cooling mode will not impact the perceived feel of the mattress. Using the pre-warm heating functionality will soften the mattress in the same way your body heat would.
