How do I know if the TEMPUR-ActiveBreeze is in Cooling Mode 1 or Cooling Mode 2?

 

After entering Cooling Mode 2 and the LED(s) have gone off, press the button again. The LEDs will flash twice to indicate Cooling Mode 2. Note that Cooling Mode 1 is the default mode.
