Queen Beds: When using the in-app remote control, the Sync Cooling/Heating buttons will operate the fans on both sides of the bed together. When using the Programs on the Climate tab in the app, the operation of the fan will be based on the side of the bed you indicated as the side where you normally sleep during app setup. This can be checked by going to Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Setup-> Switch Sides within the app.
Split King & California King Beds (Unsynced): All Cooling/Heating buttons on both the in-app remote control and Programs on the Climate tab will only operate the fan on the side associated with each user's app. This can be checked by going to Menu-> My Smart Bed-> Setup-> Switch Sides within the app.
Split King & California King Beds (Synced and Split Fan Mode Disabled via Remote Control): All Cooling/Heating buttons on both the in-app remote control and Programs on the Climate tab will operate the fans on both sides together.
